Return Policy for Billward Lifestyle

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Return Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective or incorrect item(s) and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).
